How many of us identify our suffering from this profound truth? How many times we have gone through this process feeling miserable? And, how many times we try to evade the problem so as not to “suffer” inside? As Eckhart Tolle says, if we suffer consciously and we learn from it, we will be destroying our ego.
Clinging into thoughts of the past, creating a story that lowers our emotions and generating a downward spiral movement, only damages our self-worth even more. The key to coming out of it is becoming aware of our thought patterns when they originate, observing them and not identifying with them. This is just the beginning.
Accepting the “pain” as part of our transformation process with awareness is key. Do not identify with negative emotions as they may take you to lower thought patterns. Listen within for guidance and get strength without attaching to non-loving thoughts. Connect with higher realms of consciousness and elevate your intelligence.
