Tracy´s story
During this Harvard Leadership Conference, we participated in break-out sessions to apply Design Thinking. There was a rapid interaction process. We were guided to ask open-ended questions to get answers. Listening was 85% of the exercise. Let me relate the story of Tracy and my diagnosis:
- High-stress level
- She needs to go within and connect with her higher self. She is disconnected.
- There is a conflict between her conscience and her mind. she does not have self-confidence.
- Also, she needs FOCUS. Her concentration power is low, and self-esteem would need maybe more emotional support.
- High glass ceiling.
- Not doing what she really wants.
- The thesis is not what she wants. Too many questions.
After we gave her our feedback, she understood where the problem was, and she got determined to make changes.

BINDU POWER COACHING participa en el Harvard Leadership Conference durante los paneles de GOBIERNO y EDUCACIÓN. Bindu también participa en Design Thinking Action Labs con grandes mentes.
Son Laboratorios de Diseño de Pensamientos en Acción, y en esta conferencia estaban las grandes mentes. Trabajando juntos en pequeños equipos de innovación con estructuras de tiempo y enfoque específicos creando un producto, concepto y servicio para mejorar condiciones en los sectores arriba mencionados.
LA HISTORIA DE TRACY
Durante esta Conferencia de Liderazgo en Harvard, participamos en sesiones de grupos para aplicar el Design Thinking. Hubo un proceso de interacción rápida. Nos guiaron para hacer preguntas abiertas para obtener respuestas. Escuchar fue el 85% del ejercicio. Déjame relatar la historia de Tracy y mi diagnóstico:
- Alto nivel de estrés
- Necesita ir hacia dentro y conectarse con su ser superior. Está desconectada.
- Hay un conflicto entre su conciencia y su mente. No tiene confianza en sí misma.
- Además, necesita ENFOCARSE. Su poder de concentración es bajo y para la autoestima necesitaría quizás más apoyo emocional.
- Techo de cristal alto.
- No haciendo lo que realmente quiere.
- Esto no es lo que realmente quiere. Demasiadas preguntas.
- Después de darle nuestros comentarios, entendió dónde estaba el problema y se determinó a hacer cambios.
