Be Present with joy in your heart. Life is too short to waste it!

We are living in an ever-increasing noisy, aggressive and unjust world. The popular managerial acronym nowadays is called VUCA world – short for volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous. I referred to this term in my Harvard Coaching Conference report: In organizational leadership, executive coaches play a critical role in developing high-performing leaders who lead in a VUCA world.

At the same time, great minds are making significant efforts to take the world to higher heights. As predicted millions of years ago in the Ancient Hindu Sacred Text, the Bhagavata Purana, the present Dark Age of Kali is the time of increasing decline, disorder, and deterioration. The Kali Yuga, also known as the Iron Age for its “iron weapons,” is transforming the entire planetary landscape and seascape. In almost any professional or personal field, art or science, false information is ever increasing. It is becoming tough to know where to find the truth.

At the same time, it is a period of great opportunity – spiritual advancement can be made most quickly. According to Hindu Vedic Teachings, the practice of universal spiritual exercises, its Sanskrit name called “sadhana”, like “namasmarana” (repetition of the name of the Lord) will help us cross this ocean of “samsara” (cycle of birth, life, and death), reaching our final destination at ease; with divine oxygen throughout to strengthen our lives.

Becoming one with nature and becoming present at all times helps to bring our attention to what is really important. Let us not follow the “world” as it is in confusion. Finding our real Self and merging with it will pay us great dividends at a later age.

Se uno contigo y uno con la naturaleza.

Estamos viviendo en un mundo cada vez más ruidoso, agresivo e injusto. El acrónimo de gestión de moda hoy día lo llama VUCA – abreviación para volátil, incierto, complejo, ambiguo. Me referí a este término en el informe de la Conferencia de Coaching de Harvard). Al mismo tiempo, grandes mentes están realizando grandes esfuerzos para llevar al mundo hacia cimas más elevadas.

Como se predijo hace millones de años en el antiguo texto sagrado hindú, el Bhagavata Purana, la presente Edad Oscura de Kali es el tiempo de mayor declive, deterioración y desorden. El Kali Yuga, también conocido como la Edad de Hierro por sus “armas de hierro”, está transformando por completo el paisaje planetario terrestre y marino. En casi cualquier ámbito profesional o personal, el arte o la ciencia, la información falsa es cada vez mayor. Cada vez es más difícil saber dónde encontrar la verdad.

El Presente.

Al mismo tiempo, es un periodo de grandes oportunidades – el progreso espiritual puede hacerse más rápidamente. Según las enseñanzas hindúes védicas, la práctica de ejercicios espirituales universales (“Sadhana” – en sánscrito), como el “namasmarana” (repetición del nombre de Dios) nos ayudará a cruzar este océano de “samsara” (ciclo de nacimiento, vida y muerte), llegando a nuestro destino final con facilidad; con oxígeno divino para fortalecer nuestras vidas.

Siendo uno con la naturaleza y estando presentes en todo momento nos ayuda a poner nuestra atención en lo que verdaderamente es importante. No sigamos al “mundo” – está en la confusión. Encontrar nuestro verdadero Ser y fundirnos con él nos dará grandes dividendos en edades más avanzadas.
