An evening with Amy Cuddy in Boston

As I wrap up this week, I am thrilled to have attended Amy Cuddy´s talk again, a professor and researcher of nonverbal behavior at the Harvard Business School, involving her passion and research on human presence. Amy Cuddy, whose favorite TED talk about body language has over 29 million views online, hosted a workshop at the West Suburban YMCA, Newton Free Library in Boston. She also dearly shared the stage with the fantastic West Suburban YMCA Rock Band, The Dominoes. They were terrific kids expressing their musical talents.

Since a young age, I have intuitively practiced power posing. Little did I know how important it would later become for social psychologists. I have to say it works. It had proven to have helped me in the most challenging situations when I needed a boost of self-confidence. Throughout my adolescence and later as a success coach, I have advised on power posing techniques with clients worldwide because of having 100% faith in its effectiveness. I am pleased that it is now publicly accepted. Most importantly, scientifically demonstrated it works. I congratulate Amy Cuddy for her scientific research, persistence, and ability to communicate this simple yet powerful approach with the world. Thank you, Amy.

Her Book, Presence, Bringing your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges releases on December 22.

Inner Coaching with Bindu Happiness Coach

The process is analogous to peeling an onion, where each layer represents a personality trait, a role played throughout our lives or even earlier lives. It is intense inner work seeking to discuss behavior patterns that do not allow us to set one´s soul free.  The process takes away a significant part of the excess luggage of our life liberating us from bondage.  We then see our real potential shining through, our very nature coming to light. We start living in Freedom.

Own your market. Start Small and Monopolize. Be so good at what you do that no other firm can offer a close substitute. Choose your market carefully and expand deliberately. All happy companies are different: each one earns a monopoly by solving a unique problem. All failed companies are the same: they failed to escape competition.” @peterthiel @BUBuzzLab #thielAtBU @BUManagement @BU_Tweets

Muchas gracias a ustedes.Coaching Conferencia Canarias Las Palmas
