Some say that as we silently move out of the Iron Age (the age of quarrel and strife) to the Golden Age (age of peace, prosperity, and happiness), we embrace a new level of challenge: remaining true to our SELF. Others say that faith, as seen centuries ago, is vanishing to attain a new dimension of clarity. For example, one that will engage us in forcing to ask ourselves the question: Who am I? And why are we here?

From the old to the new.

Iron age to Golden Age.

Coaching in the Golden Age.

According to a recent Forbes article, “more than 300 million people suffer from depression globally.” And depression and anxiety cost the global economy an estimated 1$ trillion each year in lost productivity.

In the journal “Heart Attack! : Advice for Patients by Patients”, Berra, Friedland, and Gardner wrote that “worldwide, twenty-three people each minute have a heart attack. This adds up to about 12 million heart attacks a year.” Further, they say that “more than 1 million Americans will have a heart attack each year, and 14 million Americans now living have had a heart attack or angina [Yale University Press].” They further claim that “if you live in an industrialized country, heart disease is either the number one killer there or a major cause of death.” Why is this so? What is happening to our heart?

Coaching in the Golden Age. From the old to the new

Leaving the old behind is paramount to achieving higher levels of consciousness. The heart function will update itself into a new horizon of hope when positive responses take place.

Either way, giving in to living the way others want, or living in fear of achieving your goals will take you to a road of unhappiness. Instead, asking yourself the question “Who am I?” and “What am I here for?”, might take you to a new pathway of discovery. One where your soul will have the opportunity to navigate fresh waters of truth.

“Reflections to awake our consciousness to get ready for the new era…”

The world is not only changing but transforming itself; are we?
We have done things in a certain way over the years. Also, we have behaved according to learned patterns during our lives.
Those even get to control how we express our feelings, needs, desires, etc. In one word: get to control who we are.
We do not typically realize…The author of the book does and warns us about it.
In the coming time of reconstruction and inner-connection, this might change, but we have to prepare ourselves.
The book contains some user-friendly, but at the same time deep insights to look ahead and jump on board the ship of this new age…
I recommend its reading to those who would like to take the lead.
